What to expect

2+ hours

1st hour: Yoga taught by Goodspace

2nd hour+: rotating sauna / cold plunge time up to two hours of time to relax and enjoy the saunas and cold plunges.

Movement + Sauna

What to bring

  • A towel to sit on in the sauna

  • A water bottle! (we’ll help with refills)

  • Flip flops or easy to remove sandals

  • Yoga Mat (we’ll have a few loners incase you don’t have one)

  • Workout clothes for movement session outdoors

  • swimsuits or shorts...settle down, this isn’t Europe. (we suggest wearing it beneath workout stuff)

Bridget Wirth, ERYT 500 HR & Mary Adkins, ERYT 500 HR

Both of us spent much of our professional careers working in corporate positions, but we found balance through teaching yoga beginning in 2017. We met in 2019 during our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Milwaukee, WI, and formed an immediate friendship on the very first night. Genuine connection and vulnerability became the foundation of our relationship and the inspiration behind building this community.

Rooted in our shared passion for yoga, we also loved experiencing the world through travel and adventure. Whether it was packing up the car to explore the U.S., planning a trip to a national park, or venturing abroad, we discovered joy and growth in every journey. Together, we combined our backgrounds in business, yoga, and travel to offer truly unique, mindfulness-based adventures.
